Welcome to 2137!

Once upon a year-long-lease, three lovely ladies lived in an old, slanty apartment in Nashville’s Hillsboro Village. Two of these ladies were very musically inclined (and one was not). Two of these ladies worked for a prestigious publishing house (and one did not). And one of these ladies adopted the most handsome and darling cat that ever lived (and the other two agreed). They haven’t lived happily ever yet (does anyone ever?), but they’re working on it.

One of the ladies is a master of yarn. Another cooks up storms every night. And as for the last, she’s the Jill-of-all-trades (who masters NOTHING). The result is a tornado of domestic creativity that–if properly harnessed–could be the answer to the energy crisis.

We hope you enjoy what you find here. To prove we’ve been busy, have a look at some of the projects we’ve been up to lately.

I promise–we aren’t just showin’ off. In fact, we’re just really good at pilfering the internet for ideas! We hope you’ll find the recipes, patterns, and tips that we’re compiling to be helpful and fun . . . and that maybe you’ll share yours with us.

Or, if no one’s interested in reading, we’ll be keeping ourselves busy, at least. 😉

  1. Ladies, this blog is amazing. I want you to know that I’m in my underground lair right now making a pineapple upside down cake.
Please teach me how to cross stitch “Circle trilogy” for my mother.
